PROBLEM
The electricity company does not perform spatial analysis of data because they do not have access to data. There is no proper mechanism to record consumer’s addresses to evaluate load with respect to electricity consumption.
APPROACH
Mapped consumers’ addresses using smart algorithms and provided spatial understanding to enable effective distribution at grid level. Spatial maps of grids were shared with the Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) to inform policy making on more efficient distribution of electricity in Lahore.
