Improved efficiency, reliability and transparency of the school education department by automating the HR processes enabling the authorities to make informed decisions based on reliable information.

PROBLEM

District Education Officers are lost in routine ad-hoc tasks and lack ability to manage teachers. Their transfers and concerns results in misallocations. Moreover, decisions are lost in file tracking.

APPROACH

Mirrored actual process and map it into easy-to-use live dashboard along with user acceptance testing. Enabled existing staff to capture data to highlight shortcoming and generate analytical insights. The project was piloted in Sheikhupura and Lahore.
