PROBLEM
There is a lack of performance management of district judiciary due to poor data which has resulted in a huge backlog of cases and long delays in the judicial process. It is virtually impossible to flag old cases in the file stack violating National Judicial Policy about pendency.
APPROACH
Enabled existing court staff to capture minimal details of a case required to generate analytical insights for the civil judge him/herself and the monitoring hierarchy all the way up to the Lahore High Court using an online, easy-to-use interface.
PROCESS
The performance of any Judge can be viewed on monitoring dashboard.
Smart queries can be run on the dashboard.
The analytics can help to compare the workload of different judges.
